Feeding by blow method,The screw size must meet the condition of L≥1.2D：

    The total length L(include the thread and head) must be equal or greater than 1.2D(Head diameter,If the screw is with washer,take the maximum value of screw head or washer),then can use the blow method to feed screw.

If the screw size can not meet the condition above,then how to feed？

    Can use the vacuum air or strong magnetism to pick up the screw.Firstly,Array and output the screw in one direction by vibration bowl,rock arm feeder and drum-type feeder,then pick up the screw by suction part.

The with washer can be fed by blow method?

    Screw with washer(flat washer or spring washer) is very common in daily production，As long as the washer is not easy to fall off,and the screw quality is guaranteed,then also this kind screw can be fed by blow method,the affect to screw feeding part and screwing part is very little.
